Right and Left

In Christianity, right and left are often distinguished between meanings. Then I will explain how to distinguish between them.

There is a passage in the Niceno-Constantinopolitan Creed (the creed adopted at First Council of Constantinople in 381).

who for us men, and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Ghost of the Virgin Mary, and was made man;

he was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered, and was buried, and the third day he rose again, according to the Scriptures, and ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of the Father;

from thence he shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead;

whose kingdom shall have no end.

Thus, it is said that Christ resurrected on the third day after execution and sat on the right hand of his father. Right is sacred.

Therefore, the right is always emphasized rather than the left in Christianity.
Especially, when it comes to the movement of hand, prayers always use the right hands when they make the sign of the cross.
Using either right hand or left hand is not fine.

Also, when you pray with your hands together, make sure your right hand always shifted in the upper position.

In addition, when we meet the clergy, we usually kiss the priest 's right hand.

Since right is always in the upper position than left, when you have difficulty in Christian rituals, you should do anything with your right hand so that you may be able to prevent big mistakes.
